Please note that you will receive a full refund only when the tracking information on the items you are sending back are active and showing that they are on the way to us (even if they have not reached their destination yet).

Although our fulfillment house is located in Canada, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as USA, Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

Typically to reduce our carbon footprint and release designs for jerseys more efficiently, we typically make the jerseys upon order in China.

Once we see there is a lot of a demand for specific jersey, we start to move towards local manufacturers located in Toronto and keep stock for faster shipping.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for your shipment to arrive.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

Delivery could take up to 10 to 12 Business days, depending on the popularity of the product being ordered.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at Sales@BicycleBooth.com.

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase, no questions asked.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

We don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, some of the items can be sent separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
